Overcoming Overwhelm :

A Mini-Course for Teacher Wellbeing


This mini-course has four modules:


1 Understanding Burnout & Overwhelm

2 Managing Self & Time

3 Emotional Resilience & Awareness

4 Stress Management & Self-Care Stategies


Each module contains approximately 10 wellbeing and wellness mini-lessons.

Each lesson provides bite-sized insights, practical strategies and self-care techniques to help educators regain energy, balance and joy in their profession.

The course is designed to support teachers in overcoming overwhelm and burnout without adding to their workload.

The course will follow a self-directed paced (daily or weekly or bi-weekly pacing - depending on your energy levels and availability) that will allow for reflection and sustainable change.
