Overcoming Overwhelm : A Mini-Course for Teacher Wellbeing
This mini-course is designed to support teachers in overcoming burnout and overwhelm without adding to their workload. Each lesson provides bite-sized insights, practical strategies and self-care techniques to help educators regain energy, balance and joy in their profession. The course will follow a self-directed (daily, weekly or bi-weekly pacing) to allow time for reflection and sustainable change.
